Andrea is a practicing artist from Stratford, Ontario, and owner of Muralworks. She graduated from the Visual Arts Program at the University of Guelph before attending the Faculty of Education at Queen's University in hopes of becoming a teacher. As part of her teaching practicum, she joined a team of artists to design and complete a mural at the Kingston General Hospital, which she thoroughly enjoyed - even more so than teaching! After graduating, she interned with renowned mural artist, William Lazos, in Toronto, ON, and later began working as an art instructor for Artshine Inc., an art company hosted by various schools in Ontario. Through these experiences she became aware of the need for increased exposure to art in the school system as well as noticing that most schools were in desperate need of a makeover! Her company, Muralworks, began in 2015, transforming schools and businesses in Ontario, creating school spirit and an inviting, inclusive space for students and staff to enjoy. Her keen eye for detail and ability to visualize the creative potential in any space allows her and her team to create professional and stunning work.

Corey is a London based artist and painter for Muralworks. From a very young age he was deeply connected with the world of visual art and could often be found sketching his favourite cartoon characters or trying out the latest techniques on "Art Attack". He was passionate about art, however, his ambition was to become a police officer. Upon graduating, unexpected health circumstances arose and reshaped his trajectory, setting him on a journey of self-discovery and healing. Art became an essential part of that process, and solidified the connection between his artistic ability and the potential for healing through art. Corey is an incredibly talented artist, having spent countless hours refining his skills in sketching, painting, and graphic design, and is a great addition to the Muralworks team!

Residing in Punjab, India, until the age of 18, he decided to follow his passion for art and move to Canada to attend the Visual Arts program at Centennial College (much against his parents wishes of taking over the family farm!). Since graduating, he has worked on countless mural projects with William Lazos, Mural Form, and Cube Works Studio, as well as several portrait commissions. His painting company, Aadit Painting, now takes up most of his time, but he still loves to join the Muralworks crew whenever he can.

Amos is a versatile tradesman, artist, and occasional painter for Muralworks with a passion for bringing creative visions to life. He has collaborated with Muralworks on several large-scale projects, using his many skills to transform ideas into inspiring works of art. With a background in carpentry, painting, and a variety of hands-on trades, he approaches each project with precision and commitment to excellence. Whether it’s colour blending, upscaling intricate designs, or tackling the technical challenges of large-scale artwork, he loves the process of making bold ideas a reality. He states, “It’s an honour to contribute to spaces that spark imagination and bring joy to young minds”. Muralworks is grateful for his dedication to work with minimal notice (usually when they’re on a serious time crunch!), and for his vast knowledge and creative problem-solving skills.
